Flight Risk is a free email service that tells you when a direct flight from an Australian airport looks unusually cheap. By subscribing you accept the following.

We are not a travel agent

We do not sell tickets, take bookings, hold payments, or act on your behalf with any airline. Every booking you make is directly between you and whoever you buy from. We are not a party to it and have no ability to change, cancel or refund it.

Prices change, and we can be wrong

Fares are set by airlines and can change or disappear at any moment, including between the time we find one and the time you read the email. Prices we quote are what we observed at that moment, for the dates and trip length stated, and they are not an offer.

Always confirm the current price, the exact dates, the baggage allowance and the conditions with the airline or seller before paying. Occasionally a fare we report will turn out to be an error, already gone, or subject to conditions we could not see. We try hard to avoid this — every alert is checked by a person first — but we cannot guarantee it.

No liability

The service is provided as-is and free of charge. We are not liable for any loss, cost or missed opportunity arising from using it, from acting on an alert, or from the service being unavailable, delayed or wrong.

Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fair use

• Subscribe only with an address you control. Entering someone else's address is not permitted — this is why we always send a confirmation link first.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Alerts are for your own use. You are welcome to tell a friend about a deal; republishing our alerts wholesale as your own service is not permitted.

Ending the service

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may also stop sending, change how the service works, or shut it down entirely at any time — it is a free service run for its own sake, with no guarantee of continuity.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we will say so in an email before it takes effect. Minor clarifications will just appear here with a new date at the top.
